Josh did a great job opening up the irrigation system at our house for the season. He labeled all the zones for us and got The Hydrawise app to work so that you can control all the zones remotely. He adjusted each zone to ensure that there was maximum coverage. A great start to the lawn care season ahead!

Maxum Irrigation just left my house. The service tech Jason D did a great job diagnosing and fixing my problem. He was very patient and listened attentively while I described the problem, which was a little unusual. He diagnosed the problem through step-by-step logic according to the symptoms I demonstrated to him, finally settling on a bad valve on Zone 4. This is an issue that has plagued me every year when i go to winterize my system for as long as I can remember. I'm really happy it's finally fixed. Highest praise for Jason.

We had an issue where our grass was dying because the sprinkler heads weren’t popping up at all, just 3 weeks after Maxum turned the system on for the season. GREAT experience with the technical JASON D. who showed up to diagnose and fix the problem immediately, due to a completely solidly clogged filter full of slime and muck. However, I wish this was caught by the initial technician who serviced the system, saying everything was working fine…when none of the heads were even getting enough pressure to pop up. In recognition of this, Maxum did not charge for the service visit, and that integrity was much appreciated.
